   Review: Healthy Sicilian Pond Turtles, Great Service from JJW Farm Sanctuary

   I ordered 100 Emys trinacris – Sicilian pond turtles – from JJW Farm Sanctuary and I’m impressed.

   What went well:
   Health: All 50 arrived active, alert, with clear eyes and hard shells. No signs of shell rot or respiratory issues.
   Packaging: Shipped overnight in insulated boxes with heat packs. Each turtle individually bagged with damp sphagnum moss. Zero DOA.
   Size/Age: Mix of juveniles 2-3 inches as advertised. Good genetics, nice markings.
   Paperwork: CITES docs and health certificates included. JJW clearly knows import/export laws for Emys trinacris.
   Communication: Farm answered all my pre-order questions about care, water temp, and diet within hours.

   The turtles acclimated fast to my outdoor pond setup. Already eating pellets and earthworms.

   Would order from JJW Farm Sanctuary again. They specialize in European pond turtles and it shows.

   I ordered 50 Sicilian pond turtles from JJW Farm Sanctuary. All arrived healthy and active. Packaging was excellent and shipping was fast. Turtles are eating well and settling in nicely. Communication was good. Would buy from them again.
